The Association of Community Service Organisations Inc.
invites all South Australian Service Clubs to:-

ACSO (Association of Community Services Organisations) is in the process of a name change to SCASA (Service Clubs Association of SA and there has been some delays with lodgement of new Constitution. Therefore the ACSO Board will formally change to SCASA at the October Awards Luncheon.

Rotary 9500 & 9520 gave very limited support last years and I hope this year we get a better effort. Hear is some text you might like to use as an introduction.



Be rewarded for an outstanding club project by submitting an entry to the 2018 Premiers Community Service Award administered by ACSO (Association of Community Service Organisations).

Judges will be strict with regards to the number of words used. Please note the limit for each category.

In 2017 there were very few entries from Rotary whilst Zonta and Soroptimist were active with their efforts and submitted many successful entries and took home the cash.

Please note that it is not how big the project is – it is the success and impact it makes.

Entries must be received no later than 24th August 2018.


Please encourage your local schools to enter or your club may have partnered with a local school on a project of benefit to the school or their Community.

Enter an outstanding young person for the “Allan Sloan Young Citizen Community Service Prize” or the other Special Community Service awards.

Reserve the 14th October 2018 for the Presentation Luncheon at the Glenelg Golf Club. At the Lunch the name of ACSO will become Service clubs Association of SA (SCASA)
