Have you booked for the Combined District Conference in the Barossa Valley? Here is the web link,  http://barossa2018.org.au/
The conference committee have worked hard to put together a great conference with a large variety of speakers.
With 2 weeks to go we have over 600 participants coming together to celebrate in the Barossa. It is still not too late to register. Cut off date for registrations is March16. Please note that after this date there will be no refunds as we will be locked in for catering etc. To assist you we include the following information
Registration  will occur in the foyer of the Barossa Arts and Convention Centre 130 Magnolia Road Tanunda from 9am-12.30pm on Friday March23. Parking is on the oval behind the Bank SA Marquee (follow the signs). The official opening on Friday is at 1.00pm and attendees are asked to be seated by 12.45. It would be appreciated if you could register early rather than later to avoid congestion.
The dress code for the Conference is smart casual.
The Theme for the Dinner is DBS -     DENIM, BLING AND SNEAKERS!
The Dinner is to be held in the Tanunda Show Hall which has a loose shell grit floor which is not suitable for high heels and quality leather shoes. Catering is provided by Saskia Beer.
Entertainment will be provided by the Flaming Sambucas who will present their ABBA spectacular and provide music for dancing on the dance floor later in the evening.
Most of the projects will be conducted in the vicinity of the Conference Centre. More details will be available in the Conference Handbook.
The project Showcase will be displayed in the Bank SA marquee which has been generously sponsored by Bank SA. This will also be one of the refreshment stations.
Look for the Helpers with their distinctive turquoise caps. The registration Help Desk will be situated in the front foyer of the Convention Centre. Look for Tania Dalton or Helen Charles.
Try to support our generous sponsors including major sponsors Paradise Motors, MGA Whittles, Bank SA  and Coopers . All sponsors are featured in the conference handbook.
